Health and Safety Policy

ANLARGE is committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment for all employees, clients, and visitors. We recognize that the health and safety of individuals are paramount to the success of our projects. This policy outlines our commitment to preventing accidents, injuries, and illnesses and promoting a culture of safety throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Management: ANLARGE management is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining health and safety policies and procedures. This includes providing the necessary resources and training to ensure compliance with applicable health and safety laws and regulations.

  • Employees: All employees are expected to actively participate in the implementation of health and safety policies. This includes following safe work practices, reporting hazards, and cooperating with management in promoting a safe work environment.

Risk Assessment: Before the commencement of any project, ANLARGE will conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards. These assessments will inform the development of appropriate control measures to mitigate risks associated with the project.

Training and Education: All employees will receive adequate training to perform their tasks safely. This includes training on the proper use of equipment, emergency procedures, and the importance of reporting hazards promptly. Ongoing education programs will be provided to keep employees informed about new developments in health and safety practices.

Emergency Preparedness: ANLARGE is committed to maintaining effective emergency response procedures. Emergency exits, evacuation routes, and assembly points will be clearly marked and regularly communicated to all employees. Emergency drills will be conducted periodically to ensure preparedness.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Appropriate personal protective equipment will be provided to all employees based on the results of risk assessments. Employees are required to use PPE as instructed and maintain it in good condition.

Incident Reporting: All incidents, including near misses, will be promptly reported, investigated, and documented. The findings of investigations will be used to improve health and safety procedures and prevent similar incidents in the future.

Continuous Improvement: ANLARGE committed to the continuous improvement of health and safety performance. Regular reviews of this policy and associated procedures will be conducted to ensure their effectiveness.
