Delivering over 10,000 units—The Affordable Housing Programme (AHP) represents a bold step in advancing the national housing agenda while enhancing the quality of life of the military community through dignified living spaces.
Our role encompasses the provision of Civil & Structural Engineering services, covering the structural design of housing units alongside critical infrastructure such as roads, stormwater drainage, sewerage reticulation, and water supply networks.
By integrating architectural vision with resilient infrastructure, each unit is delivered structurally sound, sustainably serviced, and built to support long-term community growth.
