The development comprises of 161,950 ft² Parts Distribution Centre for ISUZU East Africa, featuring warehouses, office facilities, hardstand area, ancillary buildings, and perimeter security infrastructure within a fully serviced industrial environment.

The development encompassed the Structural Design and Construction Supervision of warehouse facilities, an office block, yard areas, ancillary structures, and boundary walls. The warehouse was constructed using a steel frame system, supplied and coordinated in collaboration with a specialist steel contractor.

Civil Engineering works included the design and supervision of internal roads, driveways, and parking areas, with full subgrade preparation and pavement layer design. The scope also covered comprehensive stormwater management systems—main drainage channels, cut‑off drains, and French drains—together with sewer reticulation infrastructure serving the entire site.

Other services included of geotechnical surveys, site investigations, and material testing, alongside the preparation of detailed construction drawings and technical specifications to guide project execution.
