The development comprises two 15-storey high-end apartment blocks featuring premium residential units supported by integrated lifestyle and communal amenities, within a consolidated high-rise residential complex.

The project includes Structural Analysis and Design of the two reinforced concrete residential towers, together with ancillary structures such as a gate house, generator and switch room, boundary wall, and a single-level basement parking facility.

The apartments are developed as high-end park-front residences ranging from one-bedroom units to full-floor penthouses. The overall architectural and structural configuration is designed to enhance daylighting and optimize uninterrupted views of Nairobi National Park.

Complementary Civil Engineering works included the design and supervision of driveways and parking bays, incorporating subgrade, sub-base, and base pavement design. The scope also covered comprehensive stormwater management systems comprising main drainage channels, cut-off drains, and french drains, as well as sewer reticulation design and management for the entire development.
