The development features a 3-storey shopping complex, designed as a modern retail hub with multiple units—establishing a key neighbourhood commercial centre within a rapidly growing urban area.
The project scope included the Structural Design and Construction Supervision of the reinforced concrete building frame, as well as associated substructure elements such as underground water storage tanks and a septic system.
The Civil Engineering works comprised internal access roads, stormwater drainage systems, sewer reticulation connected to the septic tank, and potable water supply services, ensuring the development is fully serviced and operationally sustainable.
